- Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a case history
and patient information questionnaire.

the case history form.
- This is followed by a thorough consultation with your
doctor, discussing your specific complaints, as well as your past health
history. During the consultation, your doctor will be able to get a
background on your level of health and determine if chiropractic care
is beneficial for you.
- If she believes you have a condition that chiropractic
care will help, you will then proceed with an in-depth physical
examination. This exam includes orthopedic, neurologic, and
chiropractic
specific tests. The
exam provides a detailed look at your general health status, as well as
your specific complaint.
If she does not believe you are a chiropractic candidate, she will
discuss options with you and provide you with a referral to the
appropriate specialist.
- After the exam, if your doctor feels it necessary to further
assess your condition, x-rays will be ordered.
- The doctor uses the information from the consultation, exam,
and x-rays (if taken) to establish a diagnosis and individualized
treatment plan developed specifically to provide you
maximum benefit.
- On the following visit, your doctor will discuss a detailed
report of findings with you, including a recommended schedule of care.
You will begin your recommended schedule of care on that day.
